The journal I found

This is a page of a journal I found in the toilet of the PizzaRat

Today I went to PizzaRat, Daddy took me there while he was doing other things. When I arrived, I gave a hug to a statue of Giggle in the entrance. I went to play in the play area while I waited for my pizza to arrive. There were lots of children laughing, jumping and running. I climbed a platform and started crawling in a yellow tunnel. It smelled like old socks.

That's when I saw a little girl with brown curly pigtails staring at me. I asked her name, but she didn't answer and motioned for me to follow her. I think she wanted to play with me. I followed her through tunnels of every color, then she turned into another tunnel and she wasn't here anymore. I heard her voice in another tunnel, but I still couldn't see her. After crawling in the tunnel for maybe 5 minutes, I started to get scared. The tunnel didn't seem to end. And I still couldn't see the girl. She wasn't answering me either. I was about to turn back, but I finally reached the other end of the tunnel. I went back down the platform and decided to go and see if the pizza had arrived.

But when I went out there was no noise in the restaurant. When I came out of the large corridor leading to the main dining room, I was really scared. No one was there. The lights were flickering. I felt tears in my eyes. Had I been in the playground too long without knowing? And that the restaurant had closed with me inside? I tried to open the front door, but it was locked.

I cried for a while, but after I cried I had no more tears. I was counting the lights on the ceiling when one went out right on top of my head. I'm very afraid of the dark, so I ran into a room where there was light. It was a sort of birthday room opposite the playground. I opened the door and there was a birthday music playing, but nobody was in the room. No children. There were sweets and cakes. I was very hungry and ate a cake that had a face on it. I think it was crying.

My belly was a little fuller now. Since I was locked in the restaurant and I was really tired, I decided to sleep in the ball pit, hoping that someone would find me the next morning. It was sticky and smelled like plastic. But I fell asleep because I was too tired. When I woke up, nothing had changed. I cried again and decided to go into the restaurant to see if anyone was there. Maybe the restaurant hadn't opened yet. I went into the big room with the animatronics, it's like they were watching me silently and I felt chills run in my body. The clock had been stopped at 2:14 forever.

I went into the birthday room and I saw another kid, but he wasn't moving. I approached, but it was not a real kid, it was a cardboard with a picture on it. I was sure it hadn't been there yesterday. I decided to redo what I'd done yesterday to maybe find another way out, so I went back into the tunnel. I hoped Maddy would come and get me.

It was warm inside. Then I heard a laugh that sounded like Giggles. I kept going, a little scared. His laughter echoed through the tunnels. I kept going, but I was lost, so I came back. There were children in the room now. I was back. My daddy came a few minutes later to pick me up. And the Pizza was cold.
